# Create requirements with ease with aqua Intelligence

Turn ideas, notes, or existing files into polished user stories, BDDs, or PRDs in seconds — no blank page, no manual writing.

You can create requirements with aqua Intelligence from multiple places using different approaches.

{% hint style="info" %}
To get started with aqua Intelligence, make sure you have AI features enabled for your account. If you haven't already, request access by reaching out to us at **<support@aqua-cloud.io>,** and we'll enable it for you right away.
{% endhint %}

If you want to use AI right from the start, click the ‘Add requirement’ button on the main page or click plus button for chosen project and select 'With aqua Intelligence'

When the modal pops up, you have three options to provide input:

* 🎙️ **Narrate**
* ✏️ **Describe**
* 📎 **Upload a file**

{% hint style="info" %}
**Choose your knowledge source**
{% endhint %}

Before generating, select what aqua Intelligence should draw from:

* **AI knowledge** — uses general AI knowledge, no setup needed
* **Global Knowledge Base** — uses files uploaded globally across your organization
* **Project Knowledge Base** — uses files uploaded specifically for the current project

The more relevant your Knowledge Base, the more accurate and tailored the output. To set up a knowledge base, see [Grounding with aqua Intelligence (version before AI-reviewed)](/documentation/aqua-intelligence/grounding-with-aqua-intelligence-version-before-ai-reviewed.md)&#x20;

#### :microphone: Input Option 1: Narration

To create based on narration, click on the microphone icon and speak your ideas to AI to analyze and convert into text. You can modify it further if needed.

<figure><img src="/files/dfgVBGoBd0akRfo4lE9j" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

When you click on the icon, the system will ask you to grant access to your microphone. You need to enable it only once by clicking the ‘Allow’ button.&#x20;

Once you enable it, the recording will start automatically in 3 seconds without any other actions needed from your side.&#x20;

Just start narrating your thoughts.&#x20;

{% hint style="success" %}
Your recorded audio is kept temprorary to generate a requirement and then removed once it's done.
{% endhint %}

At first, it might be a bit unusual, but just give it a few tries until you get used to it. As soon as you record a few thoughts, you'll see how easy and convenient it is.\
You can always discard recording by closing the popup. To stop recording, you need to click the ‘Stop’ button.

When the recording is stopped, the aqua Intelligence will be triggered to analyse what has been said and in a few seconds start transcipting the text. Feel free to edit it or start creating the requirement immediately.&#x20;

**Supported languages**

You can record in any popular language. aqua Intelligence will transcribe your speech and convert it into text. It will then use this context to create a requirement

{% hint style="success" %}
**aqua Intelligence narration feature currently support inputs in the following languages:**

Afrikaans, Arabic, Armenian, Azerbaijan&#x69;**,** Bosnian, Bulgarian, Catalan, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, Galician, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Hungarian, Icelandic, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Kannada, Kazakh, Korean, Latvian, Lithuanian, Macedonian, Malay, Marathi, Maori, Nepali, Norwegian, Persian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Serbian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish, Swahili, Swedish, Tagalog, Tamil, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, Urdu, Vietnamese, and Welsh.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="info" %}
Please note that while you can speak to AI in any language, it will generate the requirement on a language defined by your app settings. Lear more about AI languages [Languages with aqua Intelligence](/documentation/aqua-intelligence/languages-with-aqua-intelligence.md)
{% endhint %}

#### :pencil: Input Option 2: Text

Alternatively, you can paste information or manually enter notes in the corresponding text box.

Give aqua Intelligence as many details as you like, but remember you're providing hints. Let AI do its magic.\
Once you've provided some details, choose the type of document you want to create and wait a few seconds.

If the initial requirement isn't quite what you're looking for, no worries. You can regenerate it as many times as needed until you're satisfied. You can also make adjustments to the output.

Once you happy with the requirement, click the button ‘Add’ to finish creating the ticket.

#### :open\_file\_folder: Input Option 3: File

In case you have designs of the app or UML diagrams, files with some data, you can upload this file and generate a requirement based on it.&#x20;

![](/files/QhEGaBxk03jYBpEv9boU)

First, upload your file and provide some additional details as a context. This is information is optional, but helps AI understand better what needs to be generated.&#x20;

Once a requirement is generated, you can modify it or if you are happy with the results, add it as it is to the project.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.aqua-cloud.io/documentation/aqua-intelligence/create-requirements-with-ease-with-aqua-intelligence.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
