# Funktion 'Sum'
Die Summenfunktion für ein Label oder eine Tabellenzelle ermöglicht es Ihnen, Daten aus verschiedenen Elementen zu sammeln. Diese Funktion erlaubt es Ihnen, eine einfache Zählung der Anzahl der Elemente durchzuführen, ohne Skripte verwenden zu müssen.
Um dies zu tun, gehen Sie zu den Eigenschaften eines Feldes im Datenbereich und wählen Sie die Summe. Im laufenden Feld können Sie wählen, ob nur die Gruppe, der gesamte Bericht oder jede Seite summiert werden soll.
Im Run-Editor (weißes Feld neben der Zusammenfassung) können Sie dann die Funktion auswählen, d.h. ob Sie die Zusammenfassung summiert, gezählt (Anzahl) oder andere Gruppierungen verwenden möchten.
Mit den entsprechenden Formularfeldern (z. B. „Wenn Ausgabe 0/1“ (siehe untenstehende Formel)) können Sie charakteristische Werte für Elemente berechnen.
