# Option zum Pausieren/Fortsetzen während der Videoaufzeichnung
**Nützlich, wenn:**
* Sie müssen das Erfassen unterbrechen, da unerwartete Unterbrechungen aufgetreten sind oder weil Sie die nächsten Schritte vorbereiten müssen.
* Sie möchten eine professionellere Endaufnahme erstellen, indem Sie während der Übergänge oder des Setups pausieren und sicherstellen, dass Ihre Zuschauer nur das Wesentliche sehen.
**Leitfaden:**
Starten Sie die Videoaufnahme wie gewohnt, indem Sie auf die entsprechende Schaltfläche klicken, und klicken Sie dann auf die entsprechende Schaltfläche in der Symbolleiste, um das Video bei Bedarf zu pausieren.
Dann klicken Sie erneut darauf, um die Aufnahme fortzusetzen.
