# History of changes

The History tab displays the full history of changes to an item, such as creation, moving to another folder, setting dependencies or changing fields.

Both the date/time of the change, the user who made the change, and the change itself are stored. 

For changes to text fields, such as the description, red and green colours indicate which text has been added or removed.
