Create documents with ease with AI Copilot

With AI Copilot, creating various types of documentation is a breeze, whether you're an experienced pro or just starting out.

You can create requirements with AI Copilot from multiple places using different approaches.

To get started with AI Copilot, make sure you have AI features enabled for your account. If you haven't already, request access to the beta version by reaching out to us at [e-mail], and we'll enable it for you right away.

If you want to use AI right from the start, click the ‘Add requirement’ button on the main page and select 'With AI Copilot'

When the modal pops up, you have three options:

• create based on description: typed on narrated,

• create based on a file.

To create based on narration, click on the microphone icon and speak your ideas to AI Copilot to analyze and convert into text. You can modify it further if needed.

When you click on the icon, the system will ask you to grant access to your microphone. You need to enable it only once by clicking the ‘Allow’ button.

Once you enable it, the recording will start automatically in 3 seconds without any other actions needed from your side.

Just start narrating your thoughts.

Your recorded audio is kept temprorary to generate a document and then removed once it's done.

At first, it might be a bit unusual, but just give it a few tries until you get used to it. As soon as you record a few thoughts, you'll see how easy and convenient it is. You can always discard recording by closing the popup. To stop recording, you need to click the ‘Stop’ button.

When the recording is stopped, the aqua AI Copilot will be triggered to analyse what has been said and in a few seconds start trsnascipting the text. Feel free to edit it or start creating the document immediately.

Supported languages

You can record in any popular language. AI Copilot will transcribe your speech and convert it into text. It will then use this context to create a document

aqua AI Copilot nararrtion feature currrently support the following languages:

Afrikaans, Arabic, Armenian, Azerbaijani, Bosnian, Bulgarian, Catalan, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, Galician, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Hungarian, Icelandic, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Kannada, Kazakh, Korean, Latvian, Lithuanian, Macedonian, Malay, Marathi, Maori, Nepali, Norwegian, Persian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Serbian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish, Swahili, Swedish, Tagalog, Tamil, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, Urdu, Vietnamese, and Welsh.

Please note that while you can speak to AI Cipolot in any lanaguge, currently it can generate the document only in English or in German. The generation language is defined by your app settings.

Option 2

Alternatively, you can paste information or manually enter notes in the corresponding text box.

Give AI Copilot as many details as you like, but remember you're providing hints, not writing the entire document. Let AI Copilot do its magic. Once you've provided some details, choose the type of document you want to create and wait a few seconds.

If the initial document isn't quite what you're looking for, no worries. You can regenerate it as many times as needed until you're satisfied. You can also make adjustments to the output.

Once you happy with the document, click the button ‘Add’ to finish creating the ticket.

Option 3

In case you have designs of the app or UML diagrams, files with some data, you can upload this file and generate a document based on it.

First, upload your file and provide some additional details as a context for AI Copilot. This is information is optional, but helps AI understand better what needs to be generated.

Once a document is generated, you can modify it or if you are happy with the results, add it as it to the project.

AI Copilot is here to make your documentation tasks a whole lot easier, so have fun creating and editing your documents effortlessly!

Please note that while this feature is in beta, it has a few limitations:

• It can process only 1-page PDF files.

• It can generate only one document at a time.

• Only 50 credits for generation are provided for the entire organization and are reset on the 1st day of each month.

• Regenerating a document uses one credit.

Besides, if you want to create a test case to cover this requirement, click the ‘Test’ button. aqua AI Copilot will start analysing the document and create a test case based on it.
